It feels like christmas!!

LOL, OK not really but this is as good as it gets.  Hmmm... nope, not quite but it is really good!

Let's see first up I was selected as the winner for Scrapbook Paradise's weekly challenge last week I posted my project well a few posts down, which means that I get to play with the DT staff for the next challenge... stay tuned for that, can you tell that I am really excited!

I also got some new toys to play with including some Cryogen White Iridescent Cardstock, OMGosh this stuff is amazing!  Love the shine that it adds to my projects and speaking of projects I bought myself some Sugar Nellie stamps.  They have some adorable stamps including these gorgeous stamps that I have been seeing everywhere the Simply Adora Collection... of course now they are mine Muhahahahaha!!!

OK so this card feature the ever so sweet Faith.  It is based on the sketch over at The sugar bowl, the link will be at the end of my post.

Isn't she gorgeous and so fun to colour especially since the artist has taken a lot of the guesswork out of this collection by adding some of the shading.  I printed the image on my new shimmery Cryogen White Iridescent Cardstock, this papers is so perfect of copic colouring.  I don't have a huge collection of copics... yet... so here is how I coloured her.

Skin: E00, E21 & R20
Hair: E51, E33 & E35
Clothes & Hat: B00, BG01 & B24
Background: C1, C3, C5, B00 & E51

Here is a close up of the image...

For the papers I used GCD - Ella Blue Collection - Grace, the brown cardstock is Bazzill and the trim is from my stash.

I'm entering this card in a few challenges

The Sugar Bowl - Sketch and theme, clean and simple
My Time To Craft - Hats
DYSU - Anything goes

Well thanks for looking, hope you enjoyed this card!
